At Raw Real Hair, we take pride in providing premium, 100% raw and virgin human hair products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic safety, all sales are final. Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.
No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any hair products. This includes, but is not limited to:
-Raw hair bundles
-Virgin hair
-Wigs, clip-ins, tape-ins
-Frontals and closures
All sales are considered final once an order is placed.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll gladly review the issue and work toward a solution.
To qualify:
unused, unaltered, and in original condition tags intact (no combing, washing, dyeing, or installation).

If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
Order Cancellations
We are unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been placed. Please double-check your order before submitting.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
-Lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
-Delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses entered during checkout.
