IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.

Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
5–8 business days.
Note: This excludes pre-orders and pre-colored items.
7–14 business days.
These items require additional processing time due to the coloring process.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method.

Order Tracking:
A tracking number will be emailed after shipment. Please allow 24 hours for updates.
Address Accuracy:
Ensure your shipping / billing address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Raw Real Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery. If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it, contact the carrier.
